By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This App is intended exclusively for employees of BCEL and authorized partners.
What we collect: Facial images captured via your device camera.
Purpose: Identity verification for attendance (check-in/check-out).
Processing: Data is securely processed and encrypted. Facial recognition templates may be stored securely.
What we collect: Bluetooth beacon proximity and required location permission.
Purpose: To verify presence at authorized workplace locations.
Note: The App does not continuously track GPS location or movements.

Purpose: Security and device binding.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Data is used internally for HR, payroll, and security purposes only.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect BCEL.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational, legal, and HR purposes. Afterward, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
You can control permissions via device settings. However, disabling required permissions may prevent the App from functioning properly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
