It is another service option which is convenient and safe for the customers who are in need to deposit a large amount of cash by requesting the bank for cash pick up in the door-to-door service.

Benefits
  • The customers can deposit a large amount of cash without going to the bank.
  • Cash will be credited immediately to the customer’s account after BCEL cashier signed to confirm the cash receive.

Terms of Service
  • The customers must propose to BCEL for the purpose of requesting the service.
  • The customers must sign a contract for On-site Cash Pick up Service with BCEL before making transaction.

Fees
  • The distance not over 10 KM fee 100,000 Kip / time
  • The distance 10,1 KM-15km fee 150,000 Kip / time
  • The distance 15,1 KM-20km fee 200,000 Kip / time

(Remarks: Fees are according to the bank’s Announcement in each period time)
