How To Register BCEL i-Bank

Currently, BCEL does not provide a policy for BCEL i-Bank's online registration. Therefore, BCEL i-Bank application / maintenance process shall be performed by visiting the bank with the required forms and documents only.

Registration Steps

  • Get the application form

    Download the form at BCEL website (www.bcel.com.la) or request for the form at BCEL branch nearby.

  • Complete the application form
    Customer shall fill in the form with the latest information according to BCEL's predefined format of the form.
  • Attached documents:
    A copy of national ID card (NIC), family census, or passport of the account holder(s).
    A letter of entitlement, in case the account holder(s) cannot come to visit the bank.
  • Receive the appointment sheet
    BCEL officer shall give the customer the appointment sheet, informing the date to receive the PIN envelope for at most 3 business days.
  • Receive the PIN envelope
    Customer shall receive the envelope at the place indicated on the appointment sheet only.
