This new feature will help you to verify the correct beneficiary account / name without coming to the bank when your transaction created earlier did not verify by the destination bank.
1. When you login to the system, you will see a popup message, telling you that you have transactions that needed to be updated. Click "Update Incorrect Transaction" button to access the menu immediately, or you can access via Transactions -> Update Incorrect Transaction.
2. Entering the menu, you will see the list of transaction that you need to update. Click on the reference number that you wish to update.
3. Then, you will see additional section that allows you to fill in the correct beneficiary account / name based on the information needed to be updated.
You can view the full details of that transaction by clicking "Transaction Details" button.
4. Fill the correct information into the box and then click Continue.
5. Verify page will appear to let you check again whether the information is correct or not. Click Continue if the information appeared is correct.
6. If everything is working correctly, the result page will appear and tells you that the updated information will be processed as soon as possible.
