Update Incorrect Transaction Guide

    This new feature will help you to verify the correct beneficiary account / name without coming to the bank when your transaction created earlier did not verify by the destination bank.

  • 1. When you login to the system, you will see a popup message, telling you that you have transactions that needed to be updated. Click "Update Incorrect Transaction" button to access the menu immediately, or you can access via Transactions -> Update Incorrect Transaction.

  • 2. Entering the menu, you will see the list of transaction that you need to update. Click on the reference number that you wish to update.

  • 3. Then, you will see additional section that allows you to fill in the correct beneficiary account / name based on the information needed to be updated.

  • You can view the full details of that transaction by clicking "Transaction Details" button.

  • 4. Fill the correct information into the box and then click Continue.

  • 5. Verify page will appear to let you check again whether the information is correct or not. Click Continue if the information appeared is correct.

  • 6. If everything is working correctly, the result page will appear and tells you that the updated information will be processed as soon as possible.
