When the cardholder travels using BCEL World Mastercard to purchase a flight ticket, the customer will get a coverage from travel insurance throughout the journey as follows:

  • Medical emergency        maximum to 100,000 USD
  • Home country coverage maximum to 1,000,000 USD
  • Accident coverage          maximum to 85,000 USD
  • Hospital expense coverage        50 USD/day, up to 30 days
  • Baggage lost coverage       maximum to 1,500 USD
  • Flight delay coverage        75 USD/Hour
  • Baggage delay coverage    75 USD/Hour
  • Coverage for the event that the products purchased by card are not received, mismatched, or damaged   maximum to 1,500 USD

  1. Registration for using LoungeKey VIP lounge

BCEL World Mastercard customers can get access to a VIP lounge of world class airport free 2 times/year. Before getting access, customers need to register as follows:

  • Download Mastercard Airport Experience app on App Store or Play Store, and make a registration on app.
  • Put card number and random letters for verification and confirmation. Customers need to activate online payment function in order to let the system to block 1 USD. But the transaction will not actually debit the customers’ balance and will be unblocked within 10 days.
  • Put card’s details and create a user: correctly put card’s details (activate allow 1-time online payment), then tab on verify, then put personal details e.g. name and surname, phone (00856-20-xxxxxxxx), create username and password, create personal security questions, after completed tab on Save.
  • Login by using created username and password.
