BCEL Mastercard Swipe to the Stadium Campaign

Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Duration

November 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026

2. Eligibility

This campaign is open to all primary BCEL Mastercard cardholders, including newly issued and activated Mastercard Prepaid and World Mastercard cards during the campaign period.

Exclusions:

  • Supplementary cardholders
  • Wallet top-ups and cash withdrawals
  • Employees of BCEL and Mastercard

3. Reward Structure

BCEL will award 2 Premier League Diamond Experience Packages:

a. Top Spender Reward

- 1 package awarded to the cardholder with the highest accumulated cross-border spend during the campaign period.

b. Lucky Draw Reward

1 package awarded via lucky draw, with entries earned as follows:

Monthly Cross-border Spend:

  • Every USD 300/month/card = 1 entry
  • Every USD 500/month/card = 2 entries

New Card Issuance & Activation:

  • Mastercard Prepaid = 1 entry
  • World Mastercard = 3 entries

5. Transaction Criteria

Only eligible cross-border transactions (online and offline) made with BCEL Mastercard cards will be counted.

Transactions must be posted within the campaign period to qualify.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The lucky draw will be conducted via livestream in February 2026.

Winners will be notified via official BCEL communication channels (phone, email, or SMS).

If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

8. Prize Redemption & Travel Requirements

Winners must confirm acceptance within 14 days of notification.

Travel documents (passport, visa) are the responsibility of the winner.

If a winner is unable to travel, the prize will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

9. Tax & Legal Compliance

Prizes may be subject to personal income tax under Laotian tax law (Law on Income Tax No. 67/NA).

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

This campaign is governed by the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

10. Data Privacy & Publicity

By participating, cardholders agree to allow BCEL to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes if selected as a winner.

BCEL will handle personal data in accordance with Laotian data protection and consumer protection laws.

Winning customers' personal information may be used for campaign-related communications on BCEL-owned channels.

11. Modification & Cancellation Clause

BCEL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, regulatory changes).

Any changes will be communicated via BCEL's official channels.

BCEL will ensure fairness and transparency in any such decisions.

12. Disqualification Conditions

BCEL reserves the right to verify transactions and disqualify any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Misuse or manipulation of campaign mechanics will result in disqualification.
