Description

• AVIS is a credit note to make fund transfers more convient and secure through issuing Credit Note instead of cash handing

• Customers can transfer money at any BCEL branches and service units
• Being able to access Internet Banking, meaning that customers don’t need to hand their cash at the bank counter that could be difficult and risky 
• Credit Note can be used to other banks immediately that customers bring the note by themselves or allow it being sent by the bank    

• Customers can transfer money from their bank accounts or cash handing
• Customers should complete a funds transfer request form or cash handing form provided by the bank
• Require an authorized signature from the account holder (if having a bank account)
• If the account holders cannot go to the bank by themselves, they must write a power of attorney letter to allow someone who will act on the holder’ behalf.
• Their representatives must bring their ID, household registration book or passport.
• The power of attorney letter should be completed, including A/C name & number of a receiver, a bank’s name that the customer is going to transfer money to
• Fees: 15,000 LAK/ 2 USD/ 60 THB/transaction
