Terms of Services
  • Customers must complete a funds request form
  • Cusomters can purchase cashier cheques with the bank by cash or deducting from their bank accounts.
  • If depositing with BCEL, no matter the account holders or not they must strictly comply with the above conditions   
  • Fees (issuance of cashier cheques): 15,000 LAK/ 2 USD/ 60 THB/cheque
