Purpose of overseas money transfer

Service Conditions

• The bank shall not provide the money transfer service to the customers in the case of the beneficiary’s name is in the Black List (OFAC LIST) and Sactioned countries.
• The period for receiving the transferred money is subject to the service hours of the beneficiary bank (Time Zone).

• The customer who has a bank account with BCEL is able to receive the money transfer from banks around the World via SWIFT which is acknowledged as a world-class system. Therefore, the customer shall receive a convenience and fast service. To receive the inward money transfer, the customer only needs to inform the following information to the bank:

1. Correspondent Bank/ Intermediary Bank Name:
2. Bank’s name, SWIFT Code: COEBLALA
3. Account’s name and numbers
4. Purpose of the transfer
