Fee and Type of Payment
  • BCEL has offer two type of payments which are Card payment and QR Code payment. Fees Card payment per transaction start from: 3% (depend on card types) and for QR Code E-Commerce start from 1.5% (depend on QR brands)
  • Monthly Maintenance Fee: 45 USD.

Terms of Service
  • Must be the legal entity, holds the business licenses in Lao P.D.R.
  • Owned commercial website and ready to integrate with BCEL Online payment system.
  • Term & Condition must be verified and applied on the website.
  • Must have saving or current account with BCEL in LAK and/or USD.

  • Application form and Contract agreement.

  • ID card or Family book or Passport.
  • Work Permit or Stay Permit (For foreign owner).
