Terms of Service
  • The customer has to submit BCEL’s request form, specify date and sign by the authorized person according to the condition specified when opening the account.
  • In the event of the account owner requires for the bank statement, please contact the teller at BCEL service counters along with the Cheque Book or the Passbook, the Fixed Deposit Passbooks.  If the third person is assigned to perform, the Recommendation Letter or letter of Authorization must be signed by the account owner in accordance with the payment terms specified in the new account opening application form.

 

Fees
  • 1 month-1 year:20.000 LAK/ 3 USD/90 THB/ 20 CNY / account

 (less than 20 pages, if it is over 20 pages charge 5.000 LAK,1 USD,25 THB,10CNY/ unit

  • Over 1-2year: 50.000 LAK,7 USD, 220 THB, 50 CNY/ ACCOUNT

Not over 20 pages, if over charge 5.000 LAK,1USD,25 THB, 10 CNY/unit

  • Over 2-3year: 100.000 LAK, 13 USD. 440 THB , 90 CNY / account

Not over 20 pages, if over charge 10.000 LAK, 2USD, 50THB, 10 CNY/unit

  • Over3-4 year:200.000 LAK,25 USD, 880 THB, 180 CNY /account

Not over 20 pages, if over charge 10.000 LAK,2USD,50THB, 10 CNY/unit

  • Over 4- 5 year: 300.000 LAK, 37 USD, 1.310 THB, 260 CNY / account
